ROBERT EXPLAINS THINGS

Through several careers, my forte has always been communication. Working in education, health care, and business, it has always been my job and my pleasure to explain things to people. Recently, I have spent much of my time explaining to doctors and and other professionals from various countries what they to do to practice in the United states and other English-speaking countries. Now, I want to carry this to the next level and help enterprises such as immigration law firms, healthcare facilities, and those in the construction industries better connect with their clients and staff. I welcome your inquiries, and you can book a video call with me here.

MEDICAL
I have been a nurse and medical teacher for many years. I have edited websites, taught live and online classes, and tutored doctors, nurses, and scientists. I help candidates from all over the world to do what they need to practice medicine, nursing and other professions in the United states, the U.K., and other English-speaking countries.

LAW FIRMS
After a personal experience where I unsuccessfullly tried to consult American immigration law firms, I realized the challenge is that lawyers face connecting with clients. Attorneys should focus on helping clients, not have to spend time on sales and marketing. They may not have time to look at all the responses from their advertising, websites, or even answer their phones and return calls. Drawing on my extensive business and medical experience, I can take your calls or return messages, prepare your clients to speak with you, and connect you with people who can pay and whom you can help.

CONSTRUCTION
I have been active in construction and real estate for the past few decades. I can help in the following ways:
-explain service, construction and remodeling issues to business and homeowner consumers
-
help with training, including  for individuals who do not speak English as their first language
-help review cases for attorneys and other professionals
-screen and return calls

SUBSTANCE USE AND MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT
I have over 10 years of experience in the intake departments of several mental health and substance use facilities and often, I was on the front line (on the phones and at the departments) for encounters with prospective patients, their families, as well as dealing with doctors, hospitals, attorneys, court representatives, and law enforcement, as well as other treatment facilities. I had to explain the complex process getting someone into treatment, explain to all stakeholders the laws regarding voluntary and involuntary treatment, the modalities of treatment, the treatment offered at these facilities, the myriad issues of public and private insurance, as well as give proper assistance to those without insurance coverage. I worked with individual facilities and referral hotlines, where the goal was to get the patient or loved one on a telephone call to expedite their admission into treatment. However younger clients, and even milennials and boomers, often expect to communicate using e-mail, texts, and social media. in my office, I have US direct numbers as well as excellent Internet and technological capabilities.
